Hasn’t the weather been amazing lately! The sunny days are getting warmer and longer, I finally feel like spring is on the way. It’s my favourite season of the whole year.

Yesterday we went up to Scarborough, next to Redcliffe. I’ve never been there before and we stumbled across a beautiful little beach area. We played for ages, finding shells and standing on the sandbar. It closed up quickly though, disappearing in about 20 minutes.

I hope everyone else had a wonderful weekend too and got to enjoy some of the beautiful sunshine.

A few weeks ago I went into the Valley with Paula and Courtney for a BFF shoot. We had so much fun running around, and we got such a fantastic selection of photos!!

The last year of school is the perfect opportunity to have professional photos taken.  We are preparing to start our journey into the real world, it’s a real transition time and a great time to celebrate.

I know that the professional photo I had taken when I was 17 still rests on top of the piano at my parents house.  It’s exciting to know that my children and grandchildren will be able to see a photo of me when I was so young.  This is the beauty of photography – it really does last forever.
